When I used this, it was like I was wearing a regular pantie. The fit was great. It held any leaks I had with no leaking. Don't be afraid to try it as you won't even know you have something different on.

This product works great.I wear them 24 hrs. every day.The only problem I have is being a over weight person the insides dig into my crease in my upper thighs which hurts .I cut with scissors for comfort.I wish they could make one more size like xx large for 300 plus sizes.

Comfortable

Comfortable fit, allowed me to relax without worrying about leaks. I use when I'm running errands and when I sleep. Have already recommended to a friend and she loves them as well.

Perfect!

This underwear was so very comfortable---not too loose and not too tight. I wear them when I run and find them to be the perfect solution for accidental leaks from exertion. Pads weren't enough protection or else scooted to the front or back, but these panties keep the pad in place! I will continue to use them!

Product felt good on my skin. It has a nice style and seemed comfortable.

The product felt good but didn't seem as generously cut as a reg. depend. I wore one at night and I usually don't have any problems at night. I sleep right through until morning However I did add a Poise pad just in case. Being that this item was not generously cut, I somehow pulled too hard on the waistband in the back and it did rip away from the butt part of the seat. I wore it anyway. I am hoping that this depend product has more absorbancy than a reg. depend. I wear the reg. ones everyday and seem to always leak through. Very embarrassing to have a wet spot on my pants. I'll see how they do during the day tomorrow

Tips To Depend On

Tips to Depend On

  • Peel off some pounds Extra pounds mean excess pressure on your bladder. With a weight loss of just
5–10%, you can prevent this…and help control
    urinary leakage.
  • Keep on with the Kegels Do 3-4 sets of these pelvic floor muscle exercises every day, and you can strengthen the muscles that help control urination.
  • Daily dose of water Depend tips
    Daily dose of water

    Daily dose of water

Drinking less makes urine more concentrated, and may irritate the lining of the urethra and bladder. Keep your bladder healthy with at least 50-oz of water a day.
  • Discuss with your doc Urine leakage can be caused by many factors, and may be improved or cured with the right diagnosis. Consult your doctor or a specialist to discuss your situation.
  • Log your leaks By keeping a bathroom journal and recording fluid intake, bathroom trips and leaks ‒ you’ll discover patterns to share with your doctor.
  • Minimize that odor While you can’t prevent urine odor, you can curb it by drinking more water, taking urine-deodorizing tablets, like vitamin C; or drinking non-citrus juices.
  • Pay attention to your diet Caffeine, alcohol, acidic foods, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and spices can irritate your bladder. If any of these trigger your leakage, remove them from your diet.
