Surprisingly comfortable
I was a little scepticle about trying these. Would they be noticible and would it be obvious I was using a Depend?? Much to my surprise they were very comforable and fit well. They were a free sample from HTC but after trying these I would defi itely buy this product.

After suffering overactive bladder I was getting inactive and staying at home and always being interrupted by the urgency of looking for the washroom when inline skating or going on bicycle. Adult diapers were quite bulky and uncomfortable and as a last resort I decided to put my male side beside and I tried Depend silhouette active fit, so if women are gettingactive why I can't?. Just I tried it on and they feel as my normal underwear! Nobody noticed that I'm wearing them when I go out for roller skating and they're very breathable and comfy when going on mountain bike. Now I have replaced my sport brand normal underwear and my boxers by Depend silhouette and Depend active fit. I like the black ones because they look like normal underwear and I have no worries at the gym changing room. Thanks Depend silhouette active fit for helping me to going back to inline skating and keeping me active.

My free sample
WOW...Depend Silhouette Active Fit Briefs, that I got as a free sample from, HTC, blew me away with their fit, material and comfortability!! The cotton like material, making these more breathable is a winner and what sets them apart from other brands and making them the best out there. LOVE the thin design, which gives me complete comfort & discretion, no matter what outfit I am wearing, but still has the moderate absorbency I need and PERFECT!! I was so tired of sweating and feeling overheated, from the other materials, from other brands out there, THANK YOU so much Depends, for finding this, modern, up to date, cotton like material, it is a true miracle and lifesaver, for me...YAY!!!

smooth look
What I love about them is that you absolutely cannot tell that you're wearing a diaper. With regular Depends, you have to wear a tunic to cover the crotch area in order to wear even jeans as there is a big lump between your legs [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A fit That's dependable & doesn't leak!
This was a great package and I love the fit. These are super comfortable to wear all day or night and I get to choose the color I want.. The fit was perfect acc the fact that they didn't leak at all helped a bunch! I was given These as a sample for my honest opinion [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Tips To Depend On

Tips to Depend On

  • Peel off some pounds Extra pounds mean excess pressure on your bladder. With a weight loss of just
5–10%, you can prevent this…and help control
    urinary leakage.
  • Keep on with the Kegels Do 3-4 sets of these pelvic floor muscle exercises every day, and you can strengthen the muscles that help control urination.
  • Daily dose of water Depend tips
    Daily dose of water

    Daily dose of water

Drinking less makes urine more concentrated, and may irritate the lining of the urethra and bladder. Keep your bladder healthy with at least 50-oz of water a day.
  • Discuss with your doc Urine leakage can be caused by many factors, and may be improved or cured with the right diagnosis. Consult your doctor or a specialist to discuss your situation.
  • Log your leaks By keeping a bathroom journal and recording fluid intake, bathroom trips and leaks ‒ you’ll discover patterns to share with your doctor.
  • Minimize that odor While you can’t prevent urine odor, you can curb it by drinking more water, taking urine-deodorizing tablets, like vitamin C; or drinking non-citrus juices.
  • Pay attention to your diet Caffeine, alcohol, acidic foods, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and spices can irritate your bladder. If any of these trigger your leakage, remove them from your diet.
