I've tried different Depends diapers and this one has everything I needed. It's easy to get in and out of, but more important it fits snugly and comfortably. It definitely made a difference for me.

Depends Adjustable underwear works

I like the depends adjustable. It's a little larger, so I can put in a guard for double protection. Since I use lots of these, it would be nice to have a coupon for the adjustable underwear.

Well-designed diaper
5/5
This kind of diaper is amazing. I really enjoy using these things. They can hold a good amount of urine. It's so easy to get changed into these. I mean, I can open the sides and make them very snug. My pants almost never come off when I use these diapers. Depends was the 1st product I tried, and I'll never switch. Greatest diaper ever.

I have needed diapers since a failed surgery in 1999. After I tried the sample sent me. I simply went out and converted to using Depends.

My best back up underwear yet.
5/5
Hi, I'm Saree. And as young 21 year old girl I have had incontince when I was 18. And I wore different depend underwear. But this depend adjustable underwear is the best. Unlike the other that I tried the depend fitted briefs. Witch were a little big for me since I'm a skinny girl. But I came across these and I decided to give them a try. Once at home I opened the package and examine them. Then I put them on and felt so good and there not that noticeble. And they don't make any sound when I move. And I can change them with out taking off my skirt. Witch is good. This is why I love depend adjustable underwear. The Best protection yet!

Tips To Depend On

Tips to Depend On

  • Peel off some pounds Extra pounds mean excess pressure on your bladder. With a weight loss of just
5–10%, you can prevent this…and help control
    urinary leakage.
  • Keep on with the Kegels Do 3-4 sets of these pelvic floor muscle exercises every day, and you can strengthen the muscles that help control urination.
  • Daily dose of water Depend tips

    Daily dose of water

Drinking less makes urine more concentrated, and may irritate the lining of the urethra and bladder. Keep your bladder healthy with at least 50-oz of water a day.
  • Discuss with your doc Urine leakage can be caused by many factors, and may be improved or cured with the right diagnosis. Consult your doctor or a specialist to discuss your situation.
  • Log your leaks By keeping a bathroom journal and recording fluid intake, bathroom trips and leaks ‒ you’ll discover patterns to share with your doctor.
  • Minimize that odor While you can’t prevent urine odor, you can curb it by drinking more water, taking urine-deodorizing tablets, like vitamin C; or drinking non-citrus juices.
  • Pay attention to your diet Caffeine, alcohol, acidic foods, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and spices can irritate your bladder. If any of these trigger your leakage, remove them from your diet.
